ASC compiles Public Records Reports, and monitors the member's personal information and the member's registered credit/debit cards on the Internet, based on an extensive search of public databases, directories, and Internet chat rooms; however, it is impossible to ensure that all public databases, directories, and Internet chat rooms have been searched for the member's personal information. Accordingly, the member's Public Records Report and monitoring alert reports may not contain or apprise the member of all of their personal information that is publicly available or that may have been compromised.
