CardCops®

CardCops is a credit card fraud detection surveillance technology that is an advanced data monitoring and compiling service which scours underground web portals for compromised personal data such as credit card accounts and Social Security numbers. If a match is discovered, CardCops then alerts the affected parties of potential threats associated with this stolen/lost information. Frequently profiled by leading news organizations, CardCops also assists federal, state and local law enforcement agencies in cyber investigations.

CardCops technology is configurable to serve the needs of both consumer markets and commercial enterprises. The three configurations of CardCops include:

CardCops Consumer – Incorporated into the IdentitySecure and ID Secure family of services, this configuration monitors for compromised credit card and Social Security numbers, and debit card monitoring alerting affected members of potential compromises to their personal data.

CardCops Merchant – By powering Merchant Alarm, CardCops provides real-time debit and credit card monitoring enabling the merchant to take additional measures before processing or denying the sale.

CardCops Financial – The engine behind Fraud Alarm, CardCops alerts banks and creditors of potential compromises to customer or partner account data, providing notification to de-activate or re-secure the affected accounts.
